Return and Repair Procedure
- If you already have your personal login for our "Customer Centre", skip to step 3.
- Contact the Amptec service department at +32 (0) 11/28.14.58 or by e-mail during normal working hours (M-F 9:00h-18:00h)
If you are currently not registered in our system, you will be asked to fill out a form with all your details, after which you will receive your login details.
- With your personal login for our "Customer Centre", click here to log in and proceed to our "Repair Request" form.
- After receiving and processing your repair request, we will contact you and send you a RA number. You need to print and attach this number to your package.
- Securely pack the defective item (preferably in its original packaging) and ship it to Amptec following the instructions provided by the Amptec representative.
Please make sure to include all the neccessary accessories needed to fully test the device. (PSU, adapters, cables...)
It is also possible to order spare parts
for all the brands listed on the brands page of this site.
Ordering is possible via fax or by e-mail
Administration costs apply for all orders below 25 €.
Shipping charges apply for all orders below 500 €. Shipping charges ALWAYS apply for repairs, even if the repair cost is above 500 €.
